Jeff has nationally recognized expertise regarding the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act ("PACA"), and has litigated over 100 cases under that statute, either as lead or co-counsel. Jeff advises clients in enforcement of trust rights, defense under PACA, and PACA administrative, disciplinary and reparations matters. Jeff also represents trade and advertising associations, especially relating to the automotive retail industry, and counsels corporations and other business entities in commercial and real estate matters. Jeff is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell®.

Jeff's clients include PACA shippers, suppliers, wholesalers, brokers, dealers, retailers; and with respect to PACA, lenders, such as banks, and principals of PACA-licensed businesses, such as owners and officers. Jeff's clients also include motor vehicle dealers, as well as automobile trade and advertising associations. For remote counsel, Jeff handles local appearances and can conduct all phases of PACA litigation as an economy to both counsel and client in eastern Pennsylvania, all of New Jersey, and southern New York.

Jeff has been admitted to the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Second and Third Circuits; U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania (EDPa), New York (SDNY) and New Jersey; and the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York state bars.

Packed Fresh Produce, Inc., 222 F.3d 132 (3d Cir. 2000); In re Richmond Produce, Inc., 112 Bankr. 364 (Bankr. N.D. Cal. 1990); In re W.L. Bradley Co., Inc., 75 Bankr. 505 (Bankr. E.D. Pa. 1987); Ecksel v. Orleans Const. Co., 360 Pa. Super. 119, 519 A.2d 1021 (1987); Frontier Farms of Immokalee, Inc. v. Nardelli Bros., Inc., 2005 WL 6293478 (U.S.D.A. 2005).

Jeff is a local political volunteer, a synagogue adult education, program and ritual leader, and has been a Scout leader and committee member. He is married and is the father of two adult sons.
